AI Coaching
Targeted feedback on aim, positioning, and the decision that actually lost it.
Gemini reads the clip frame by frame and answers in a fixed schema, so you never get a vague “play better”.
One clip. One read. One fix.

Get hyper-personalized, one-shot AI feedback from a coach who doesn't sugarcoat your mistakes.
Vetro is blunt on purpose. Direct enough to land, calibrated so a bad round doesn't tilt you into quitting.
Rank Tracking
Watch your mistake frequency drop with our Before vs. After tracking and climb the ranks.
Every clip is tagged. Your progress page shows which weaknesses are shrinking and which are still costing you rounds.
How it works
Three steps. About ninety seconds.
- 01
Drop a 30-second clip
The round you lost and can't explain. MP4 or MOV, under 50MB. No editing, no timestamps, no form to fill in.
- 02
Vetro names the mistake
One read, three answers: what you did wrong, why it cost you the round, and the exact thing to do instead.
- 03
You stop repeating it
Every clip is tagged and tracked, so you can watch a weakness shrink instead of guessing whether you improved.
Not a one-time check
How Vetro coaches you over time
Your history, drills and progress live in a free account.
- 01
Upload a clip after a bad round
The round you keep losing. A short .mp4 or .mov, straight from your browser.
- 02
Vetro names the mistake
A weakness tag, what went wrong, and what to do instead.
- 03
You get one drill
Protocols gives you a drill for that weakness, so the fix becomes a habit.
- 04
Vetro checks if it comes back
Every clip's weakness is saved. Diagnostics shows which mistake comes up most, and whether it shows up less in your newer clips.
- 05
You see your progress
Your clip history, XP and levels grow with every clip and drill.
Inside the app
Every clip comes back in the same shape.
No essay, no 40-minute VOD review. One mistake, one consequence, one fix — tagged so you can track whether it stops happening.

Vetro doesn't give you generic shooter advice. Each title gets its own mistake taxonomy, its own vocabulary, and its own opinion about what just cost you the round.
