Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and VetroCore ("VetroCore", "we", "us") covering your use of vetrocore.com and everything on it (the "Service").
By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Questions: support@vetrocore.com
1. Who can use VetroCore
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
You must be able to enter into this agreement where you live, and you must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep that Google account secure — anyone who can access it can access your VetroCore account.
Give us accurate information. One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't create an account by automated means.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless there is a legal reason we cannot.
3. What the Service does — and what it doesn't
You upload a short gameplay clip. An AI model watches it and writes feedback about what you did, why it cost you, and what to do differently.
The feedback is generated automatically and will sometimes be wrong. It is produced by a machine-learning model from roughly thirty seconds of video, with no knowledge of the wider match, your team, or your intent. It may misread what happened. It may state something confidently and incorrectly.
Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking, not as instruction from a qualified coach. Decisions about how you play are yours.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Your clips
You own them
Your clips are yours. Uploading one does not transfer ownership to us, and we do not claim any.
What you allow us to do with them
So that we can actually run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and process your clips — solely in order to provide the Service to you. In practice that means: storing the clip with our hosting provider, sending it to our AI provider for analysis, showing it back to you, and generating a page for it if you choose to share it.
This licence exists for that purpose and no other. We will not use your clips in advertising, sell them, license them to anyone else, or use them to train our own models. It ends when you delete the clip or your account, except for copies already made in routine backups, which rotate out on their own.
What you promise about them
When you upload a clip you confirm that:
- it is your own gameplay footage, or you otherwise have the right to upload it;
- uploading it does not break anyone else's rights, including copyright and privacy rights;
- anyone identifiable in it — by face, voice, name, or handle — has agreed to appear, so far as you are able to know;
- it does not contain anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or abusive;
- it does not contain confidential information or anyone's personal details.
Sharing
If you share a clip's link, anyone holding that link can open the clip and its feedback. Share it knowing that.
Removal
We may remove a clip that breaks these terms, or that we are legally required to remove. Where we can, we will tell you.
5. Feedback and suggestions
If you send us an idea, bug report, or suggestion about the Service, we can use it freely without owing you anything for it. This applies to your comments about VetroCore — not to your clips, which are covered above.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- upload anything you don't have the right to upload
- use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm anyone
- attempt to break, overload, or bypass our security, rate limits, or usage caps
- access the Service through bots, scripts, or scrapers, or create accounts automatically
- scrape or systematically collect content or other users' information
- resell the Service or use it as part of a competing product
- reverse-engineer our software, except where the law says you may
7. Usage limits
Running AI analysis costs us money, so the Service has limits: a cap on how many clips one account can analyse per hour and per month, and an overall daily cap across all users. Without an account, you get one free analysis.
We may change these limits as our capacity changes. If you hit one, the app will tell you which limit it was and when it resets.
Deliberately working around these limits — rotating accounts or sessions to get more analyses — is a breach of these terms.
8. Games and publishers
VetroCore is an independent product. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Krafton, or any other game publisher, and nothing here reflects their views.
VALORANT is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc. PUBG and BGMI are trademarks of Krafton, Inc. All game names, trademarks and imagery belong to their respective owners.
9. Our content
The Service itself — the site, its code, its design, the Vetro character, and our name and logo — belongs to us. You may use the Service as intended, but you may not copy, republish, or build on our content without written permission.
10. Availability
We would like the Service to work all the time. It will not. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may go down for maintenance or because something broke.
VetroCore is free, early, and run by a very small team. Please don't rely on it being available when you need it, and please keep your own copies of any footage that matters to you.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the AI feedback will be accurate or useful.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you for any claim, whatever its form, is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the six months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
13. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did — your clips, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms — you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in the defence.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email support@vetrocore.com. We will try to sort it out within 30 days, and most things can be resolved that way.
If we cannot, the courts of Nepal will have jurisdiction — except where you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, or to rely on your own country's law. Where that is the case, those rights are unaffected by anything in this section.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something immediately, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if VetroCore is sold or reorganised.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for anything significant we will show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
